Content, branding & outreach

Fifteen short stories about EA life.

I planned, scripted and produced two series: seven for LinkedIn and eight Reels for Instagram. Each one shows a moment most founders know, then shows how I handle it, so you see the work and not just the problem.

  • 7 LinkedIn videos
  • 8 Instagram Reels
  • Script, characters, sound & captions
  • Posting Oct 20 – Nov 15

Seven moments, seven fixes

Tap any video to play it with sound. Every ending shows the result for the founder: the call booked, the file sent, the invite out.

EA Life · 01

Just a tiny task.

Every tiny task has a family, so I take care of all six and you just get the invite.

What it shows: Turning one request into every step behind it, then closing it out.

EA Life · 02

One more meeting?

Lunch kept getting bumped, so I moved the call to Friday and kept the lunch.

What it shows: Protecting your calendar and moving things without bothering you.

EA Life · 03

Any update?

The proposal waited so long it grew a cobweb, so now it goes out at 3 PM unless you say wait.

What it shows: Setting a deadline and a default, so work never stalls on a reply.

EA Life · 04

Use the final version.

Five files named “final” walked into a folder, and only one of them got sent.

What it shows: Picking the right version, sending it, and keeping the folder tidy.

EA Life · 05

Let’s do 9.

“Let’s do 9” is a great plan until someone asks whose 9.

What it shows: Booking across time zones at an hour that works for everyone.

EA Life · 06

How did you find that?

Your inbox keeps receipts; I just know where it hides them.

What it shows: Finding what you need fast, then filing it for next time.

EA Life · 07

A quick five-minute sync.

Every 5-minute sync is secretly 45 minutes, so I send the recap and cap the next one at 15.

What it shows: Meeting recaps, clear to-dos, and agendas that keep calls short.

Your business, next

A series like this, about your work.

I can plan, write and produce short content around what you do and who you serve, then post it when your clients are online.

NewInstagram Reels · 9:16

Eight Reels, made for the scroll

Built for phones: big type, a quick story, and every key moment kept clear of Instagram’s buttons and captions.

Reels · 01

One last thing…

“One last thing” is the founder version of “one more episode.”

Reels · 02

“Please see attached.”

“Please see attached” is a promise, and I make sure the file keeps it.

Reels · 03

Can you remind me?

I’m the reminder your reminders forgot to set.

Reels · 04

“You always look so calm.”

Swan on top, spreadsheet underneath.

Reels · 05

Just move the meeting.

Moving one meeting takes a second; telling the other six people is the real job.

Reels · 06

Where’s the link?

Sent the link again, then pinned it so this was the last time.

Reels · 07

This is urgent!

Everything is urgent until someone reads the due date.

Reels · 08

You can log off now.

My laptop logs off at six; my brain waits for tomorrow’s list.

Instagram & LinkedIn branding

Branding built on your vision and mission

Not a template with your logo on it. Every post starts from what your business stands for, who you serve and how you want to sound.

01

Your brand, written down

We start with your vision, mission, audience and voice. I turn it into a one-page brand guide: colours, fonts, words to use and words to avoid.

02

LinkedIn that sounds like you

Profile polish, a weekly posting plan, posts and hooks in your voice, and branded visuals that match your site.

03

Instagram people stop for

A grid that looks like one brand, Reels and carousels planned around your launches, and captions that lead to a DM or a booking.

04

Run, measured, improved

I schedule every post for the times your clients are online, reply to comments, and check results every week to keep what works.

Why it’s worth it

What the research says

A visible, consistent brand builds trust before the first call. These are recent numbers, with sources.

73%

of B2B decision-makers say a company’s thought leadership is a more trustworthy way to judge what it can do than its marketing materials.

60%

say they would pay more to work with an organisation that shares valuable thought leadership.

3 billion

people now use Instagram every month, so your next client is very likely already on it.

Genuine

and relatable are the brand traits consumers value most, and about half say original content makes their favourite brands stand out.

The catch

A personal brand takes time, every single week.

Buffer studied over 2 million LinkedIn posts. Posting 2 to 5 times a week brought about 1,182 more impressions per post than posting once a week. That means planning, writing, designing, scheduling and replying, week after week, long before the results show.

That’s the part I handle.

You share the ideas and the vision. I turn them into a steady, on-brand presence on LinkedIn and Instagram, so you can stay on the work only you can do.

How I built it

The same method I use for any project

  1. Understand

I picked real moments from EA work that founders recognise straight away.

  2. Organize

I wrote each one as setup, twist and fix, and kept every ending on the result.

  3. Execute

I produced the characters, brand frame, sound and captions, and scheduled each post for Australian mornings and US evenings.

  4. Improve

I check each post’s results after 7 days and keep what gets the most replies.

What I can do for you

Content and outreach, handled

  • A brand guide built from your vision, mission and voice
  • A content calendar for LinkedIn and Instagram, planned around your launches
  • Posts, captions, hooks and Reels in simple, clear words
  • Branded visuals and short animations like these
  • Posting at the times your clients are online, plus replies to comments
  • Outreach emails that reuse your best content

All of this sits alongside the core of my work: your calendar, inbox and follow-ups.
